TekhComplekt takes its origin since 1998. Our expertise is manufacture, repair, and service of special-purpose machinery for Ukrainian automotive market. We customize and install upper structures on proven and reliable European and Asian chassis: MAN, IVECO, PEUGEOT, CTIROEN, OPEL, RENAULT, MERCEDES, FOTON, JAC, DONGFENG etc. Aerial platforms, maintenance crew vehicles, ambulances, labs, breakdown trucks, mobile cranes, concrete mixers, truck-mounted cranes and other special vehicles for specific tasks.

Our history

1998: Year of incorporation.
1998-2002: Repair and service of vehicle manufactured in Ukraine in Russia.
2003-2005: Design and serial production of special machinery, PCV (passenger carrying vehicles, specialized ambulance vehicles, prisoner carrying vehicles and patrol trucks).
2006-2008: Design and serial production of goods carrier truck bodies and refrigerator vans.
2009-2010: Design and serial production of maintenance crew vehicles and mobile workshop trucks.
2011-2013: Launch of aerial platforms serial production.
2013–2014: Design and serial production of dump trailers for agriculture.
2015: Serial production of hydraulic cranes.
2016: Serial production of fuel trucks.
2017: Launch of garbage trucks and truck-mounted cranes production.
2018: Concrete mixers and multi-purpose telescopic excavators were added to the product list.
2018: New HQ in Kyiv.
2018: The first mobile crane (SKD and chassis mounting) was assembled at the production.
2019: A new garbage truck manufacturer appeared in the portfolio of brands.
2019: Cooperation with the South Korean supplier of concrete pumps began.
2019: The proposed model range from the Italian Comet brand is expanded: in addition to aerial platforms, the Techcomplekt now offers truck-mounted cranes (manipulators) of this brand, also we proposal a subsidiary of the Botti brand which manufactures recovery trucks.
2019: South Korean aerial platforms Dasan appeared in the Tekhcomplekt assortment.
2020: Tekhcomplekt manufactures the Dasan South Korean drilling rigs, which were assembled in Ukraine and installed on Belarusian MAZ trucks. Special equipment has received full documentary support and pre-sales training. Such specialized vehicles will be used for digging holes under the transmission line support.
2020: Special equipment from the South Korean by trademark Kanglim is now available in Ukraine: truck-mounted cranes (manipulators) and drilling rigs.
2020: Our own service center operates and has provided with constant orders, where they carry out maintenance and repair of aerial platforms, truck-mounted cranes and other special equipment.
2020: At the end of the year sales of special equipment Tekhcomplekt increased by 18.4%, moreover, due to an increase in production volumes in Ukraine, the number of fuel trucks increased threefold, dump trucks four times, emergency repair technicks increased 2.5 times, sales of vehicles with loader cranes had increased more than 70%.
2021: At the end of May, ukrainian manufacturers of special machinery have specialized every fourth commercial vehicle in Ukraine. In particular, TRADING HOUSE TEKHCOMPLEKT LLC became the absolute leader in terms of production of dump trucks, and also shared the leading positions in the production of fuel trucks with Everlast (according to research by AUTO-Consulting).
2021: We continue to invest in production and service bases.
2021: At the end of 2021, the absolute increase in the rate of production and sales of special equipment TRADING HOUSE TEKHCOMPLEKT LLC amounted to 200 vehicles, of which almost 100 dump trucks with universal unloading and about a 100 aerial platforms were installed.
2021: The amount of Asian vehicles increased from 3% to 8% in the our portfolio of base chassis brands (compared to 2020). Aerial platforms are assembled on JAC, ISUZU, HYUNDAI, tank trucks, dump bodies, vans of emergency repair shops and shift workers are mounted on FOTON, DONGFENG, JAC, ISUZU chassis.
2022: At the end of 2021 44% of all sales of Techcomplekt's special machinery were made through the company's partners - the dealer network.
2022: Due to military aggression from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, cooperation with suppliers of new MAZ and GAZ to Ukraine was suspended. But the plant is still ready to work with new and used compatible chassis of any truck brands on which the client wants to install lifting mechanisms or body superstructures of our production.
2022: For the first time in Ukraine, Dongfeng, Hyundai, Isuzu truck chassis were used for the installation of Italian Comet aerial platforms.
2022: In July, the first large grain carrier based on a truck chassis was made. The plans of the plant include the production of grain carriers and fuel tankers based on trailers.
2022: Own production of trailers and semi-trailers is launched. The range includes passenger car flatbed trailers, cargo flatbed trailers, tanks, container trucks based on trailer equipment.
2023: By the end of 2022, the production of open and tilt flatbeds on chassis and trailers almost tripled, and every 3rd new dump truck and every 2nd new fuel tanker on a road chassis was manufactured in Ukraine at the Techcomplekt Specialty Vehicle Plant. The plant remains a leader among suppliers of aerial work platforms in Ukraine, with a market share of 40.26% in 2022. Techcomplekt is one of the three main manufacturers of emergency repair workshops (market share - 14.41%).
2023: In February, the plant celebrated its 25th anniversary in Ukraine.
2024: The number of special equipment from Techcomplekt in 2023 came close to the pre-war statistics. According to preliminary reports of IAG Autoconsulting-Group, in 2023, Techcomplekt became one of the five largest manufacturers of special equipment; became the leader in sales of aerial work platforms, occupying 45.22% of the market (large-scale assembly and sales of aerial work platforms increased by one and a half times); Techcomplekt entered the TOP-5 of the main developers and sellers of truck cranes, manufacturers of flatbeds and installers of crane-manipulator units.
2024: The plant plans to focus on the serial production of aerial work platforms and emergency repair shops, industry specialization of cargo and passenger vehicles, and intensive renewal of the fleets of energy, utility, and transportation companies.
2025 - According to the results of 2024, the production of special equipment at the plant increased by almost 40%, bringing the results closer to pre-war indicators.
2025 – According to the results of the past year, about 60% of all aerial platforms in Ukraine were shipped by our plant. More than 100 new aerial platforms went to work to restore Ukraine.
2025 - Given its significant contribution to the active promotion of the FASSI brand and the introduction of this crane equipment to critical infrastructure enterprises in Ukraine, in 2025 Trading House Tekhcomplekt LLC received the status of official representative of the Italian crane manufacturing plant Fassi Gru S.p.A. in Ukraine.
2026 – According to the results of 2025, the Trading House Tekhcomplekt LLC traditionally entered the TOP-5 manufacturers of various special vehicles, in particular, it took top or high positions in the ratings of such special equipment groups as:
- The large-unit assembly of aerial platforms is the industry leader
- The production of drilling and crane machines is a leader in the industry
- Industry specialization of cargo and passenger vehicles – entered the TOP-3
- The production of trucks with manipulator cranes is the industry leader
- Production and installation of tanks on truck fuel trucks based on cargo chassis - entered the TOP-3.
- Production of emergency repair workshops - entered the TOP-5.
